There was apparently a limit to how long the names could be resulting in what's been cut off. Some interesting highlights include two ??'s in the weapons list, the final boss is listed twice (the two Ramue's are presumably because you can fight her on two separate occasions but the first is a hopeless boss fight), multiple entries for Resurrect when the player can only ever use the level 1 version as far as I know and of course all the stuff at the end which are effects that fuel items. Those names never get displayed on screen so the fact that they were cut off is meaningless as far as functionality goes.
UPDATE: I fought Akkadias again but still no Soul Blast Level 2. Both battles he used Soul Blast Level 1 every action with one exception: a single casting of Silence Level 2.
